Questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are monthly. Cancel from Settings and you keep your plan until the end of the month you’ve paid for, then move to Free. Nothing is deleted.
Can I change plan?
Yes. Moving up starts straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the month. Moving down takes effect at the end of the month.
What happens if I reach a limit?
Ribbon tells you what’s been reached and which plan gives you more. Nothing already scheduled is affected. Allowances reset on the 1st of each month.
Why do X posts have their own allowance?
X charges for every post sent through its system, so each paid plan includes a monthly allowance. A post with a link uses 10, because X charges far more for those.
What are talking-video minutes?
Ribbon can listen to a video of you speaking and write down every word, with its timing. Each minute of video it listens to uses a minute of your monthly allowance (a video uses whole minutes, rounded up). Reading the words again later uses nothing more.
What is manager sign-off?
On Pro and Agency you can invite people as Contributors. They write posts and send them for approval, and a manager approves them or sends them back with a note before anything goes out.
Do you add VAT?
No. The prices you see are what you pay.
How do I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe’s secure checkout. Ribbon never sees your card details.
