These terms cover your use of Ribbon, run by Candykite. By using Ribbon you agree to them. Questions: info@candykite.com.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity in your workspaces, including anyone you invite.

Your content

You own what you create in Ribbon. You give us permission to store it and to send it to the accounts you choose, only so Ribbon can do what you ask. You confirm you have the right to publish it, and that it follows the rules of each network you post to.

Connected networks

When you connect a social account you authorise Ribbon to post on its behalf. Each network’s own terms still apply, including the YouTube Terms of Service. Networks can change or limit what Ribbon can do at any time; we will do our best but cannot guarantee a post is accepted or stays published.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Ribbon for spam, unlawful content, harassment, or to post to accounts you are not authorised to manage. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

We aim to keep Ribbon running and your posts on time, but the service is provided as it is, without guarantees. Always check important posts went out.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by the networks you post to.

Ending

You can stop using Ribbon at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the privacy policy). These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
